Customs
Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order in that country. As a consumer, you are assigned responsibility for customs and payment.
Color rendering on the computer screen
We have done everything we can to reproduce colors and images correctly on our site, but we can not guarantee that our items will have exactly the color that you see on the screen, since color shades may differ on different computer screens and we do not may take responsibility for the color rendering of your computer.
Prices and shipping
• All prices are shown including VAT.
• There is free shipping on all orders, of posters with and without frame, up to 100x140 cm., To addresses in Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
• Freight prices on giant and mega posters must be expected - also in Denmark
• An approx. 9-15 EUR surcharge is added to orders for adresses outside Denmark.

• We ship on all weekdays. Delivery time in Denmark 2-5 working days. Delivery time outside Denmark 3-8 working days
• Orders received on weekends or public holidays are shipped the following weekday.

Damaged goods
If an item is defective upon receipt, we will of course replace the item with a similar item.
In order for us to replace an item, it is important that you contact Plakatfar as soon as possible and send the following picture of the defective item:
1. The defective item so that it can be seen what is defective.
2. The packaging from the outside - both front and back.
3. Package label with your name and address.
4. The internal protection that lies over the item.
You send the pictures in an email to info@plakatfar.dk.
NOTE: If you have received a framed poster where only the frame is defective, we will deliver a new blank frame. You must move the poster from the defective frame to the new frame.

Inquiries can be made through the contact form on the page “About / Contact”. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 hours.
Payment terms
The following cards can be used:
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and MobilePay
The amount will only be deducted when your goods are shipped
Prices
Reservations are made for printing errors, price and price changes as well as technical errors.
Order confirmation
You will automatically receive an order confirmation / receipt when you have completed a trade.
Return policy
plakatfar.dk provides a 14-day full right of return valid from the day the item is received. Before returning the item, write that you return the item. You can write by using the contact form on the page “About / Contact”.
We then send a return label that you print out yourself and apply the package to be returned.
We share the return cost, so when we have received the item and approved the return, we transfer the entire purchase amount, less shipping costs of DKK 59, back to the account from which the payment was made. It is not possible to transfer the return amount to another account. Remember to save the receipt for the shipment so that you can document that the item has been shipped.
The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The receipt or a copy of this must be attached to the returned item. If the item shows signs of having been used in a way that can be said to impair the value of the item, you will lose the right to return it. The same applies to the packaging of the product.

Complaints
All purchases are covered by the Purchase Act's rules on 24 months' right of complaint, which means that you as a customer can complain about errors or defects in your item within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover when defects, damage or wear and tear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. Should there be any errors or defects in your item, we will contact us on the contact form on the page “About / Contact”.
Privacy Policy
Plakatfar understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Plakatfar will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Plakatfar will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
