Who could not need a little zen-like mindfulness in his home? If you do, then this nature poster with a beautiful cascading waterfall is perhaps an option.
Vøringsfoss by the Eidfjord, roughly in the middle of Norway, is definitely worth a visit. The large waterfall, with the constant noise from the massive water column, can be seen from several places, and in the best Norwegian style, many of the viewpoints are without railings, which always gives such a little buzz in the stomach.

In the summer of 2016, we held a summer holiday in Norway, in the area around Røldal, which is located right by the Hardanger Nature Reserve, where the attractions are like pearls on a string. They are almost just stopping the car at a random place, and then start hiking.
Vøringsfoss was a day trip, however, as it is relatively far from Røldal, but the trip was worth it. The area is quite large with rivers and streams winding on plateaus and in valleys, and the waterfall itself can be seen from several places. There is plenty of reason to hiss in the stomach, as most viewpoints, in the best Norwegian style, are without railings.
