Colour representation on screen
We do our utmost to display colours and images as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen exactly match the colours of the delivered products, as colour representation may vary between different screens and devices. We cannot be held responsible for the colour settings of your screen.

Prices and shipping
• All prices are shown including VAT.

• Free shipping on all orders over 399 DKK for posters with or without frames, up to 100x140 cm, to addresses in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands).

OTHERWISE:
• Delivery to parcel shop: 49 DKK
• Delivery to private address: 59 DKK

• Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized and large-format posters, including within Denmark.
• An approx. 10-13 EUR surcharge is added to orders for addresses outside Denmark.

Shipping
• We ship on all business days. Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
• All posters are shipped in protective packaging. Shipments are handled by GLS or DAO.

We support environmentally friendly packaging

Defective items
If an item is defective upon receipt, we will of course replace it with an equivalent item.

In order to process a replacement, please contact PLAKATfar as soon as possible and provide the following images of the defective item:

1. The defective item(s)
2. The entire packaging from the front, showing all corners
3. The entire packaging from the back, showing all corners
4. The address label, clearly readable
5. The protective plastic wrapping used around the item(s)

Please send the images by email to info@plakatfar.dk.

NOTE: If you have received a framed poster where only the frame is defective, we will send a new empty frame. You are responsible for transferring the poster from the defective frame to the new one.

Enquiries can be made via the contact form on the “About/Contact” page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Payment terms
The following payment methods are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and MobilePay.
The amount will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

You may also purchase using an EAN number. Simply contact us with the posters and/or frames you wish to purchase, and we will confirm the order and issue an invoice. Please write to info@plakatfar.dk.

Prices
We reserve the right to correct printing errors, price changes, exchange rate fluctuations and technical errors.

Order confirmation
You will automatically receive an order confirmation/receipt once your purchase has been completed.

Right of return
plakatfar.dk offers a full 30-day right of return from the day the item is received. Before returning an item, you must notify us of the return via the contact form on the “About/Contact” page.

We will then send you a return label, which you must print and attach to the return package.

The return shipping cost is shared. Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount minus a return shipping fee of 59 DKK to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be transferred to another account. Please retain proof of shipment as documentation that the item has been returned.

The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. A receipt or copy of the receipt must be included with the return. If the item shows signs of use that reduce its value, the right of return is forfeited. The same applies to the original packaging.

Posters and frames purchased together and delivered framed must be returned as a complete set. It is not possible to return posters or frames separately if they were delivered framed.

No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that are produced according to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Failure to collect parcel
Items returned due to non-collection from a parcel shop are handled in accordance with the return policy. This means the customer will receive a refund of the purchase amount minus a shipping fee of 59 DKK once the item has been returned to us.

If a return shipment is lost during transit, we will be unaware of the return until notified. The parcel will then be traced, which may result in a processing period before the refund can be issued.

Complaints
All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month right to complain about defects or faults. This right does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. If you experience a defect or fault, please contact us via the contact form on the “About/Contact” page.

Responsibility for hanging
PLAKATfar accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury resulting from the hanging or removal of posters, frames or other products.

Hanging is carried out at the customer’s own risk. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct and secure hanging, including the choice of hanging method, screws, wall plugs and other fixing materials appropriate to the wall type, surface and weight of the product.

Privacy policy
Personal data provided on plakatfar.dk will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
