In the Faroe Islands there are many beautiful places and beautiful moments. On this Faroe Islands poster with the small island of Koltur, which for a while was shrouded in the most beautiful florlette white clouds, it was time and place that went up into a higher unity.
Koltur is one of the smaller islands to the south. It can be seen very clearly from the mountains off Sandavágur, and when we passed by, just hours before we were to take off again towards Denmark, we were greeted by this sight. We parked the car and went all the way out to the southernmost tip, and along the way, the cloud formation that enveloped Koltur, and the sun that illuminated the entire scenery, just got nicer and nicer. We ended up just standing with our jaws hanging down while we ate the absolutely breathtaking sight with skin and hair. What an impression to end your week in the Faroe Islands with. It will be remembered forever. If you have not yet been to the Faroe Islands - then hurry to get going.
