Berlin Friedrichstrasse is one of the most beautiful stations in Berlin. It is built in real functionalism, like the one you associate Germany with. With beautiful visible steel constructions huge glass sections. A beautiful architectural poster in black and white.

Berlin Friedrichstrasse as the station is officially called, is located in - well funny enough - Friedrichstrasse. It is the same street as you will find Check Point Charlie in. The beautiful station is built in glass and steel and has floor to ceiling small slatted glass facades where the sun is allowed to tumble in through. So when it shines.
The photo for this poster took 3 days to photograph. Not that we stood at the station for 3 days, but we had to return several times because it was cloudy and the sun did not really want as we wanted. However, everything worked out in the end, and we are completely satisfied with the result.
