Then it becomes almost no more "London". A city poster with one of the original red telephone boxes, which the streets of London were once full of, but which are becoming fewer and fewer. The thoughts are automatically directed towards double-deckers, London taxis, bowler hats and the familiar sound of coins being put into the small crack. This one is in Sussex Gardens, just north of Kensington Park in Paddington, and it's a London poster that will surely both evoke memories and adorn your walls in the home.
We were in London to celebrate Christmas in a slightly different way than we usually do. Three of us left on December 22, while our daughter and eldest son, who came home from Columbia University, bumped into us on the 24th. It turned out to be a perfect Christmas - kind of cinematic, where a family meets somewhere in the world on Christmas Eve itself. The red color really stands out in the city, making it a perfect object for a poster kind of image, and especially this one taken just two days before Christmas, where everything else is a bit dull and low-saturated.
