Prices and shipping • The shop is a hobby business, so all prices are without VAT, according to Danish tax law. • Free shipping on all orders to addresses in Denmark. • An approx. 8 EUR surcharge is added to orders for addresses outside Denmark.
Shipping • We ship on all weekdays. • Orders received on weekends or public holidays are shipped after the following day.

Order confirmation You will automatically receive an order confirmation / receipt after completing a trade.
Refunds plakatfar.dk gives 14 days full return from the day the item was received. Before returning the item, please write that you return the item. You can write using the contact form on the “About / Contact” page.
The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The receipt or a copy of this must be enclosed with the return item. If the product shows signs of being used in a way that can be said to impair the value of the item, you lose the right to return it. The same applies to the product’s packaging.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the entire purchase amount back to the account from which the payment has been made. It is not possible to transfer the refund to another account. Remember to save the receipt for the shipment so that you can document that the item has been shipped. You pay for all shipping costs upon return.

Complaints All purchases are subject to the 24-month warranty right of purchase, which means that as a customer you can complain about defects or defects in your product within 24 months of purchase.
